is a lovingly recreated small farm from northern Hesse, Germany, based on an original design found in a historical book. Built between 1870 and 1920, it's been modernized over the years while preserving its traditional charm. This pack replicates a small 1990s-era farm and includes 5 functional buildings:

• Farmhouse: Includes a sleeping trigger and a chicken coop (30 chickens). Egg pallets spawn in the adjacent shelter.
• Small Shed: The oldest building on the farm, ideal for storing small HD bales or pallets. Comes in two sizes (original and 130% scale).
• Small Sheepfold: Houses up to 20 sheep. Wool spawns in the nearby shelter.
• Small Pigsty: Accommodates 15 pigs with feeding and loading areas.
• Large Shed: Spacious enough for vintage equipment and includes an internal grain silo. Also available in a 120% scaled version.
