Harder Fines

I made this mod because I had the penalties too low. 550 Euros for speeding is little, if you have 2 million or more in the account. Why you should still stick to the speed limit here? The penalties are now set at ten times the original sentences and to motivate neat to drive.

Original values ??are:

# 400 accident

# 150 driving time transgression
100 # Wrong Direction
550 # speeding (flash)
# 150 No light at night
# 350 red light violation
550 # speeding

The new values ??are now (you guessed it):

# 4000 Accident

# 1500 driving time transgression
1000 # Wrong direction
5500 # speeding (flash)
# 1500 No light at night
# 3500 red light violation
5500 # speeding

To some it was a bit too expensive because they probably can not run properly: D
