Unzip the initial.pak zip file and replace the initial.pak located here:
(or in the case of the individual files replace the files located in intitial.pak at [media]/classes/models)

This will replace manual installed mods if replacing the intitial.pak an alternative less destructive install method is available to be friendly with those who have mods manually installed.
