This variant has a smaller width wheel base to allow it to tunnel and extra front wheels to stabilize the 6 drilling heads.

Features:

4 batteries for extended operations

6 drilling heads

1 piston on underside to assist with getting unstuck.

Drilling heads are mounted on pistons attached to Connectors on advanced rotors. Each rotor lifts 3 drills and 4 pistons to cope with increase weight when loaded with rock and ore.

Rotors are set to drill at a shallow 12 degree angle downwards to allow for a gentle slope into the drilling area , currently set for a 20 degree upward angle.

Connectors on rotors set to collect all and throw out whilst clear rock to stop filling the 2 large cargo containers. , these can be switched off once you wish to collect ore.

Connector on top for recharge and connection to base or ship.

Camera on top for lining up connector

Camera on front for ease of drilling.

Single gatling turret on rear for defence.

Front 4 wheels set to steer , all 8 wheels are set to drive .

So far under testing the mining side is fine however it has struggled to reverse out of trenches with a full ore load (suggestions on tweeks appreciated)
