Implements field forage harvest contracts.

Version 1.0.4.0:
* Fix missions disappear on acceptance (#25)
* Support new BC setting fieldCompletion
* Adequate sell points (#11)
* Mow header for grain chaff missions (#16)
* Lowered reward/ha, lower prob on forage ready fields (#16)
