Rims and Tires [LvL 1] v1.0

This mod makes most all things to do with stock rims and tires open and less expensive. I did not do everything cause it takes to long..... I got most of the main items. It should work with all stock trucks.... If you use any of my "Lite" truck mods place this mod above it...It really should not matter but...   Credit: K-DOG
