Increased AI traffic [1.27.x]

Key features:
- Mod is compatible with all maps, modes for cargo and trailers;
- The amount of traffic is greatly increased;
- Traffic jams now appear at traffic lights and payment points;
- The number of machines depends on the time of day;
- Car are rebuilt and overtaken more realistically;

In version 4.36:
- Reduced distance of spawning traffic;
- Increased probability of accidental maneuver;
- The number of trucks is slightly increased;

Attention !!! The mod was tested on ETS2 version 1.27.x, 1.26.x and what is not tested on other versions.
