Engine Braking Effect

With this small the impact of the mod is changed "engine brake", so the vehicles should unroll further idle. The brake is no more just ballast :)

The effect I have reduced ON 25% of the original value.

If someone is too much or too little, just the 25 change in the * .lua to any desired percentage. Should be easy to find in the short script.

In Fahrzeugmods such as the Forestry Steyr here, where the lowBrakeForceScale has been reduced, nothing would change.
