description
The Arobas “Military Light Utility Vehicle” or Arobas M.L.U.V. was intended as a replacement for the venerable, yet problem-ridden “Sigma”, chief amongst the Sigma’s unwieldy size, its proneness to tip over (in no small part due to its experimental suspension system), and the somewhat underwhelming speed, acceleration, and manoeuvrability. By abandoning most of its predecessor’s exotic, partially even gimmicky features. E’s engineers produced a more compact, fast, and overall streamlined, easy to maintain, more down-to-earth craft. This, combined with its decent firepower and adequate cargo space, the record braking acceleration (thanks to its H-2 Thruster array) and breaking-distance in its class, makes the Arobas a well-rounded multipurpose vehicle. Suitable for most environments. The Arobas 12x12 M.L.U.V., like pretty much everything manufactured on Ganymedes, is powered by an atomic reactor. This comes with all the expected drawbacks like the potential for radiation-leakage, need for intense cooling, the high price and hunger for Uranium-238. In consequence, E’s Bureau of Engineering supplemented the reactors with an array of high-power batteries that can replace the reactors entirely if so desired. Additionally, 2 hydrogen-combustion engines were added to allow for in-field recharging, should the need arise, and a small H2-Tank that holds enough H2 to run these engines for hours or to be burned as rocket-fuel for several minutes of max-thrust (when aided by the O2/H2 Generators). Additional equipment includes a rearview camera for easy docking. On top of this, the Arobas has been coated in a special heat-resistant alloy which gives its hull a distinct gold-colour, this in conjunction with the in-build micro-cloth parachutes makes it possible for the Arobas to be orbital-dropped. The company decided that since this new model lacked most of the flashy gimmicks, associated with the brand, to launch an extensive advertisement campaign. In fact, several pre-production prototypes were donated to “3rd Millenium-Studios” for their new feature-length spin-off of the successful holonet series “The Clang-o-nauts – Starring John Johnson”, namely “The Clang-o-nauts – And the Planet of Mutated Potatos”. Despite the movie itself only proving a mediocre success, the overdrawn portrayal of the vehicle's capabilities (like the vehicle breaking free of the Potato-Planets gravity well using only a ramp and its booster-rockets, or its weapons being capable of punching through the thick Starchochite-armour of the fearsome Potato-Monster, amongst others) resulted in a notable sales increase.

- Should you somehow lose your vehicle’s canopy (through a clang-event or something else) simply turn on the “Projector Windshield” to get a holographic replacement instantly! (Please note: holograms won’t stop bullets, sand, grit, dust, missiles, dirt, laser beams and weather phenomena like rain, snow, or other they are purely cosmetic.)
- The Blueprint is made up of TWO versions of the Arobas M.L.U.V. , one that has been entirely desubgridified and the fancy classic version, in order to separate the Sub-Grid burdened version from the Sub-Grid free (and less fabulous, but admittedly more practical) version simply cut-off the pink stick out of light-armour that connects the two vehicles! 313 100 100!
-The vehicle come pre-outfitted with an assortment of components, ice, uranium, tools, ammo, and weapons. It should thus work in survival when you spawn it in.
Where is that switch to Open and Close the Canopy?
Where is the Gunner's Seat?
