Claas Rollant 250

Hello community, I'm proud to show you my latest project, it is the epic baler Claas Rollant 250 RotoCut.

1976- 
The first round baler from CLAAS, the ROLLANT, with continuous baling chamber based on the roller baling system was unveiled. The first model was the ROLLANT 85 with a bale diameter of 1.80 metres and a bale width of 1.50 metres. The ROLLANT 34, 44 and 62 followed, with a baling chamber diameter of 0.9, 1.20 and 1.60 metres, respectively, and a bale width of 1.20 metres. 

With the launch of the ROTO CUT system in 1993, it became possible to chop the forage directly before baling and to form high-quality silage into bales with the ROLLANT and QUADRANT balers. Straw, too, could be cut precisely directly in the field and the highly compacted bales tied securely with net wrapping. 

1997- 
On the CLAAS ROLLANT 250, knob rollers were replaced by smaller and more robust beading rollers. The baling chamber and tailgate were given a swivelling segment, the MPS (Maximum Pressure System) ensured additional pressure is applied to the bale and a higher bale density was achieved through three steel baling rollers mounted on a movable swivelling segment at the tailgate, protruding into the interior of the baling chamber. 

2005- 
The 80,000th CLAAS ROLLANT rolled off the production line at the baler factory in Metz, France. 

This model its being made with Autodesk 3ds max 2012 Student License.
