description
The Case IH Module Express 625 was the world's first true module-building cotton picker. Released in 2007, it remained in production until 2011, when the improved Module Express 635 was introduced.
The ME635 featured several enhancements over its predecessor, including an additional 35 horsepower, leading to cleaner picking and better performance in tough harvesting conditions. Its dual-sided picking drum outperformed competitors, and the 8' x 8' x 16' cotton modules it produced were half the size of traditional ones, making transport and processing more efficient without requiring additional costly equipment.
Thanks to its onboard module-packing design, the need for Boll Buggy and Module Builder implements is eliminated, reducing operational costs by over 25%.
