Automatic Lift Axle System

This mod introduces an automatic lift axle system for semi-trailers. The axle is dynamically raised or lowered based on the trailer's weight and the engine status of the towing vehicle.

Functionality:
- Axle lifts automatically when the engine is running
- Axle lowers when the engine is off or vehicle is uncoupled

- Krampe Profi Liner (Price: $95,000, Capacity: 59 m³)
- Lizard MKS 32 (Price: $90,000, Capacity: 32,000 L)

Lift Axle Options:
- First axle (default)
- Last axle only
- First and last axle
- No lift axle
Additional cost per lift axle: $5,000
