[ATS] Volvo VNL Metric Speedometer v2.0 [1.36.x]

This mod replaces the MPH dashboard with a KM/H version in the Volvo VNL.
Mostly aimed for Canadian truckers, but off course usable for anybody who prefers the metric system.

Tested in 1.36
