[ATS] Addon v2.0 for Kassbohrer LB4E owned v1.1.1 (AiO + military) [1.36.x]

Update 11/26/19 - Version 2.0 fixes the Cargo-Company associations so You should see cargos that make sense for the companies they are at, more often.
Unfortunately ATS has some companies that don't exist in ETS2, and vice-versa, so no perfect one to one conversion is possible.
