– Added steering wheel option

1.38 update:
- Sound update for FMod compatibility
- Redesigned front bumper and added a choice of 3 types
- Added working wipers outside
- Indicators of flashing lights and devices in general are now better visible
- Updated ATS Steam hanging toys

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sell your old truck (1.36 and older) before turning on this one to avoid crashing to the desktop because the sound system
engines and some other things changed.
