Atlas-AO 720 Orbital Cargo Shutttle

Purpose

A small grid shuttle craft for personal and cargo transport. Designed to fulfill the roles of both the Eos and Phoebe, whilst not being limited to one operating environment. The Atlas is capable of escaping planetary gravity (tested on alien planet) with full cargo (88 750kg on x1 inventory) using its hydrogen thrusters, while still being able to fly in gravity with full cargo on only atmospheric thrust.

The ship can escape alien gravity, from sea level with:

• 38% hydrogen left with full cargo, H2 generators off.
• 70% hydrogen left with full cargo, H2 generators on & full.
• 76% hydrogen left with no cargo, H2 generators off.

(tested on PC, using Blargmode's ascent cruise control script)

Maximum recommended cargo is:
1. Medium cargo container - full of components
2. Connector - full of components
3. Large cargo container - full of ore
4. O2/H2 Generators - full of ice

This ship has an empty mass of 75511 kg.

All toolbars are the same from the cockpit and remote control.

All ships in this set have a rear mounted Merge block and can be printed using a welder wall with one (large grid) piston set up, such as this one.
