added paper to research papers

download the file and unzip it
telecharger le dossier et dezippé le

open the ftp of your server, open the mods folder, then core then autogen, then item, put the mods folders there by replacing your existing files.
Do the same for the tech folder.
Restart your server.
ouvrir le ftp de votre serveur, ouvrez le dossier mods, puis core puis autogen, puis item, mettez y les dossiers du mods en remplaçant vos fichiers existants.
Faites de même pour le dossier tech. 
Redémarrer votre serveur.
