    its BSS PS 2 17.13,not BBS!!!,
    BSS means in czech "Brandýské Strojírny a Slévárny"("Brandýské engineering and Foundry") based in Brandýs nad Labem,Czech Republic
    PS 2 means trailer tipper on the two sides,
    17.13 means total tonnage 17 tonnes and 13 tonnes useful load
