Very, very good map. Love the 4x size. Good size fields, lots of addons to work with, and everything seems to be setup pretty good.
However, in my opinion, the map is greatly lacking in fill-compacity balance vs map size.
Example 1: I planted potatoes on the 3 small feilds at the homestead and got 216,000 litres from the harvest. The silo for potatoes only holds 250,000. one harvest I almost have the compacity of the potatoe silo filled. The grain silo is maxed at 500,000. When looking at the size of the fields to the north and south, I doubt the grain silo will last very long.
Example 2: The compost maker's fill compacity for waste is 50,000. Its output of compost is maxed at 100,000. So basically, to use the compost maker you need to pitch a tent right beside it and babysit it.... because it goes through waste (and fuel) very, very quickly. You no sooner fill it and it's empty again.... or it stops working because the compost output is full. It's a headache to bother with.
Example 3: When considering that there is a great demand for fuel on this map.... as many things won't work without fuel or biogas.... you quickly run into another headache. Creating biogas at the northern biogas plant is like watching water boil in a snowstorm. (and) I gave up on creating fuel at the plant. You can't grow canola quickly enough to meet the demand for fuel around the map, it's not the quickest machine for transfer, and it's compacity isn't worth working with in the first place. I use my own placeable for creating fuel to try to keep up with the compost maker.... which drinks fuel like its a free comodity you get by the truck loads.
Again, Valley Farm v1.7 is an excellent map. But the fill compacity is quite discouraging considering the size of the map. Nothing seems to hold anything worth driving a truck down to it to fill it. And some things you do fill becomes empty again extremely fast (compost maker) while other ideas are a considerable test of one's patience (biogas plant for creating biogas).
Overall, I love the map. I'm downloading v1.7.1 to see what has been changed or updated. I hope to see more balance to the fill compacities in future map updates.
very nice map.But 1 qeustion or remark.The eegs from the farm it self.the box i mean.where can i sell that 1,In de price list it is saying the inn aswell but not working(same as normal milk) also the normal pionts for selling the eggs is not working with the box eggs from the farm it self. than 1 more.at the biogas plant where i unload the kaf straight in the plant i can not store it at the silo?
sry will do this in english im from the netherlands.What is the diffrents between valley crest 2.7 and this .Just wandering .ps i like 2.7 but small problem at the pallet factory.make only 1 and not moving to next place to get the room to make the next pallet.

I really need help no matter what I do I cannot get the map the load I am using the newest one and also tried running it in a single mod folder with only the map and it will still not load please help and I also downloaded v2.7 like you said to

where is the minerals ? because I don't find it
