I checked why people having problems with downloading from uploaded.to. Its because you are using Internet Explorer or you virusscanner is blocking uploaded.to. So or get firefox of let your virusscanner allow the page.
Here still no problems with downloading when not logged in with firefox as well. DOnt know how it is with other browsers, but firefox works.
Just enter the code correctly and then push the enter button on your keyboard.

Uploaded.to is working perfectly if you just follow the guide for it.

You have to enter the code if you do not have a premium account yet, if the code is typed correctly, then push enter. Then the download should start.
They are busy at uploaded.to to get a new skin and so on. But i just checked, you can download though. All the links from uploaded.to still work!
