It's easier to just open the careerSavegame.xml with Notepad and give yourself 100 million dollars than to press any key combination one thousand times. lol
It just takes a few seconds though. And it only needs to be done once. While you're at it, you can open the vehicles.xml and max out your silos as well. It seems a lot easier than pressing a key combination hundreds of times.
