I work at the " Heyer " Company in the 90´s and i wish i had drive this truck with trailer
a little notice :
The picture of the "german" truck shows a permission trick
It is an 8x8 / 8x4 truck etc. with a 1 axle trailer
Not like in holland a 10x8 truck
In Germany, 4 axle trucks can not weigh 40 tonnes, only a maximum of 32 tonnes
And "normal" trucks may not have 5 axes
And the trucks of the company "heyer" are an example
That's why there are no 5 axle trucks with trailer in germany
This is due to the driving license classes and the weight classes, for example, in the old car license you can drive up to 7,49 tons, with trailer 17,5 tons,
but a 3 axle truck weight up to 17,5 tons, so is a truck over 7.49 tons aka a truck driving license class,
in order to bypass that.....
pack a 1 axle trailer on a "car" which is then a car with trailer and not a truck.
At the weights it is the same
2 axle Truck maximum 17.5 to in single mode
3 axle ..... maximum 26 to
4 axle ..... maximum 32 to ............without special permission
but
2 axle ..... with 3 axle semitrailer 39,5 to
3 axle ..... with 2 axles semitrailers / trailer 40,0 to ......? WTF
4 axle ..... with 1 axle semitrailer 40 to ...................... ???????
